Croatian real estate market has not been affected by the crisis
The latest official statistics show that the Croatian real estate market has not been affected by the crisis yet, in the area of new homes. Their prices are up, but sales are stagnant. 1,035 new apartments were sold in the first half of 2008, at the average price of EUR 1,885/sqm. The social housing apartments are not included in that.
